  • Must produce valid/legal learners permit or valid/legal overseas licence upon instructors request otherwise your allocated instructor has the right to refuse the lesson.
  • Driving lessons and the VicRoads practical driving test are subject to instructor availability.
  • It is essential you check with your instructor for his/her availability prior to booking.
  • Once the instructor confirmed their availability after the booking send an screenshot or forward the email received from VicRoads regarding your drive test details such as test centre, drive test time etc otherwise the driving test with VicRoads or you will need to change your test date with VicRoads at your own cost.
  • Be contactable prior to a driving lesson so the instructor can SMS or call you upon arrival at the meeting point.
  • If client is not present or contactable for the commencement of a driving lesson, driving instructors shall wait a maximum of 20 minutes after which the lesson is forfeited.
  • On test day when meeting at nominated VicRoads location arrive at least 15 minutes prior to test or lesson if you late whatever reason notify instructor to avoid keep calling or texting you.
  • When meeting at nominated VicRoads location have mobile phone turned on and be reachable so your allocated instructor can find you. (phone MUST be switched off during the driving test)
  • On VicRoads practical drive test day have all relevant documentation (including VicRoads appointment receipt, valid Hazard Perception Test (HPT) documents, eye wear and log book) relating to your personal circumstances and meet the VicRoads criteria and as specified by the VicRoads testing officer/management on the day   If the VicRoads officer/management does not accept your documents (including insufficient documents) or you do not meet their criteria and the test is rejected we do not offer any refunds for  further bookings.
  • All cancellation:
  • Change/cancel your booking, 24 hours’ notice is required directly to your instructor (via     mobile). Instructors are mostly on time; please allow an extra hour in case instructor held up in traffic. Cancelling on the spot still requires you to pay for the lesson in full. You cannot change/ cancel a booking on the spot for any reason. For example, change of mind, change of driver, late, change within a package, did not like instructor/ car too small/ big, couldn’t find learner permit/ licence, forgot vision glasses, something else comes up urgently or any other excuses; full fees are payable for that booking.
  • Clients can reschedule the lesson within 24hrs if instructor is available for the requested day and time.
  • Cancellation or refund of a prepaid package before or during the package will incur concluded lessons shall be charged at their single unit value ($55 per hour – $85 per 90 minutes)
  • Example:  if you are paying $52 for a package of 60×5 once the package cancelled you will be charged $ 55 for the lessons already taken.
  • Package structure:  once you select a package and paid in full amount you get discount as it is on the price list but if you wish to continue taking lessons and not paying full amount in advance you have pay full amount as a single lesson, but the discount will be deducted on the last 5th lesson.
  • Example:  you chose the 5×60 = $260
  • Took 4 lessons paid every lesson $ 55 the last 5th lesson will be paid only $40.
  • The refund will be transferred to the client’s bank and the bank account must be the name of clients want to refund.
  • Once you purchased a package there no guarantee instructor provide lesson regular every its upon instructor’s availability.
  • All pre-paid packages   are valid for 3 months from date of purchase and must be completed in full within the 3-month period. After the 3-month period all forms of packages will be deemed expired
  • Under special circumstances a request to extend a package may be granted. The request MUST be made prior to the package expiry via email to info@sedms.com.au
